Andrew Kodis

I have an imposing record bringing new technology, services, and solutions to greenfield and established markets and am passionate about commercialization programs that can deliver value to the world. With three decades of experience in the water, industrial, consumer products, healthcare, and energy markets, I apply entrepreneurial vision to the creation and leadership of cross-function business development/innovation teams tasked with building sustainable enterprises.

Adept at leading innovation and transformation programs that increase value, drive revenues, and propel companies to the forefront of their markets, I leverage an extensive background in strategic planning to conceptualize and execute integrated programs that sustains a growth agenda as highlighted with the following significant outcomes:

• Originated and closed the first multi-year multimillion-dollar SaaS enterprise contract with the City of Atlanta to secure US$12M for Olea’s Series Seed, A, and B funding.

• Professionally built a US$15M organization compliant with JV agreements to develop, sell, and deliver discrete carbon nanotube products for Black Diamond Structures.

• Turned around Sabic Ventures to include the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 2020 vision, increasing capital investment, opportunity screening and licenses for technology.

I am recognized as a proven change management practitioner, able to develop visionary strategy and effective execution plans that are highly innovative by applying robust expertise in problem-solving, organizational development and teambuilding.

I am currently reading for an MBA from Texas A&M, hold a BS Mechanical Engineering (Creative Design) from the University of California, and have completed multiple Executive Programs with MIT Sloan School of Business (Essential Law for Executives; Energy Innovation).
